Lake Nipissing Outfitters is a year-round outfitting and charter business operated by Alan Juselius in Callander (Nipissing), Ontario. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website at lakenipissingoutfitters.com and through direct communication with clients.

• Payment card information (deposits and balances are taken by phone or in person)
• Social Insurance Numbers or other government identifiers
• Sensitive personal data such as health, financial, or biometric information

• To confirm bookings, share trip details, and provide post-trip follow-up

We never sell your data. We never share it with marketers.

Where Your Information Is Stored

• The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). Submissions are stored in Netlify's encrypted database.
• We may forward inquiries to GoHighLevel CRM for booking management and to Mailgun for email delivery.
• Server logs are retained briefly for security and operational purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

• The site uses standard session cookies necessary for the website to function.
• The Trustindex widget on the reviews page may set a small analytics cookie.
• The homepage embeds a Google Maps iframe. Google may set cookies according to its own policy.
• Beyond that, we do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing scripts.

Third-Party Services

The following third parties may receive limited information in the normal course of running our website and business. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Trip bookings for kids are arranged through their parent or guardian.

• Inquiry data (form submissions that did not become bookings): kept up to 24 months for follow-up.
• Booking records (confirmed trips and related correspondence): kept up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Server logs: typically 30 to 90 days.

Security

• All form submissions and pages are delivered over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Stored data is encrypted at rest by our service providers.
• We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication where supported, and limited internal access controls.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in line with PIPEDA's breach-notification rules.
